Newly released Telugu movie Radha commenced its box office journey with a decent start. Receiving a poor response from the audiences in cinema halls, the south Indian celluloid witnessed about 10% to 20% occupancy in morning shows on first day. Directed by popular filmmaker Chandra Mohan, the Telugu offering is expected to collect Rs 2 crore income as its business on opening day.
Releasing on a limited number of screens in India, Aksha Pardasany starrer movie experienced a huge box office clash with Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion. Box office competition with the multilingual Indian flick affected its business in domestic arena. Featuring Sharwanand and Lavanya Tripathi in major roles, the cinema reported low occupancy in noon shows.
As the newly released Bollywood films Sakar 3 and Meri Pyaari Bindu also have a good hold in the south Indian states, Radha movie is witnessing a declined response from the spectators. Produced by Bhogavalli Bapineedu, the celluloid received mixed reviews and positive feedback from the audiences. Latest box office figures of this entertainment movie are awaited.
